Junior Road Safety Officers
Fri 29 Sep 2023Junior Road Safety Officers
It's that time of year again, time to select some new recruits to the role of Junior Road Safety Officers (JRSOs). Each Year 5 candidate had to complete a job application form and the best three officers were chosen and won the coveted role. A JRSO works hard across the year to keep SPSM and the community safe on and around the roads. There are lots of events which they help to organize (more news of these events soon) and they also have time to network with other Hackney JRSOs. Your JRSOs for 2023/2024 are...
Kennedy
Jayda and
Isabella
Good luck in your new jobs!

Harvest 2023
Thu 28 Sep 2023Harvest Service at Church
SPSM would like to thank all the parents, carers and families who donated goods to our Harvest appeal. All of your generous gifts will be shared within the community - going to other families in need - through the Hackney Food Bank . There were so many donations that there was not enough room in the church to display them all! Our Harvest service helped us to remember how fortunate and blessed we all are, even in these difficult times. Years 1 & 2 gave a wonderful drama performance relating to Harvest and a rendition of the song 'It's Harvest Time' which helped reinforce the message of helping others in our own community and around the world. We were also lucky enough to have prayers and readings delivered by our children from all classes in the school. Keep your eyes open for our Harvest video, coming soon under our 'News and Events' tab.
