World Afro Day - 2026

World Afro Day (WAD) is celebrated each 15th September and this year, we marked the special day again.  Our teaching, learning and community helped to reinforced how WAD is a time to acknowledge and celebrate Afro hair and identity, alongside the history of Afro hair and traditions.  We also took time during WAD celebrations to embrace, share and show off our different and wonderful styles.  We think you will agree that SPSM showed off and showcased the wonderful richness of inclusion and diversity here at our school.
