World Afro Day

World Afro Day

World Afro Day (WAD) was recognised on Sunday 15th September.  This may have fallen on a weekend but it didn't stop SPSM celebrating this special occasion.  Today we had a very special assembly which reinforced how WAD is a time to recognise and celebrate Afro hair and identity, alongside the history of Afro hair and traditions.  We aslo took time today to embrace and show off our wonderful styles which indicate the marvellous richness of inclusion and diversity here at SPSM.
