Year 6 - Kayaking

Today saw the start of a very special PE-based event for Year 6 - Kayaking!  Miss Komur, Sheldon and all the children in the class made the short journey from school to Laburnum Boat Club to begin a six week course in Kayaking.  They started off learning about team work  and water safety as well as learning about confidence in the water and some canoeing skills.  We are sure that their skills will grow and develop over the weeks.  Keep an eye out for some more photos in the future.
