SPSM was once again lucky enough to work with Openview Education who delivered workshops on mental health and wellbeing. The drama workshops engaged the children in some excellent discussions which showed their understanding of mental health and how they can work together to ensure everyone experiences good mental health in these times. Three Steps to Good Mental Health and Wellbeing - if something is worrying you -
1. Talk about it - ask friends or family for advice
2. Get moving - exercise helps our mental and physical health
3. Take notice - slow down and take some time to think and practice mindfulness
