Fluoride Varnish - Reception Class & Year 1

Fluoride varnishing, administered by the school health Dental team will take place at school on Wednesday 11th October (am).  The Dental Team are asking Parents and Carers to use the link below to give consent.  Please complete the online consent form by midday on Wednesday 4th October (deadline has been extended).  There are also some documents providing answers to any questions you might have (take a look under the link).  Thank you.
